A Hayward man and North Dakota woman have been charged with felony criminal trespass to an energy provider facility, felony possession of burglary tools and misdemeanor theft of items from the Northern Lakes Cooperative propane storage yard on Chippewa Trail in the town of Hayward.
Charged in Sawyer County Court are Michael N. Zopp, 43, W1649 Town Line Road, Hayward, and Tyler Nicole Trepania, 30, Mandan, North Dakota. Trepania also is charged with obstructing an officer.
