Frank Temple, 19, of the 800 block of South Chatham Avenue, Elmhurst, was cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor at 2:24 a.m. May 27.
After an officer on patrol observed three young men in possession of open alcohol on the seventh floor of the Addison parking deck, 149 N. Addison Ave., the three were cited at 9:05 p.m. May 30 as follows:
Wilson Giron Miguel, 20, of the 400 block of North Highview Avenue, Elmhurst, cited for possession of alcohol by a minor and dumping trash;
Ronaldo Cobron-Ruiz, 18, of the 400 block of South Mason Street, Bensenville, cited for possession of alcohol by a minor; and
Jefferson Martinez-Gomez, 19, of the 100 block of Bridge Court, Bensenville, cited for disorderly conduct resisting/obstruction a police officer, possession of cannabis by someone under 21, possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor and dumping trash.
Jeffery Grisby, 26, of the 1400 block of Seneca Street, Storm Lake, Iowa, was charged with two counts of domestic battery at 2:47 a.m. May 29.
A Milwaukee band saw and a right angle grinder kit were reported taken after someone opened an overhead garage door at Chemstation, 934 N. Oaklawn Avenue, at 11:40 a.m. May 9.
James Penick, 59, reportedly homeless, was cited for disorderly conduct after he was found in the Schiller parking deck, 116 E. Schiller Street, at 8 a.m. June 1.
Jose Velasquez, 19, of the 200 block of East North Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged with possession of cannabis more than 100 grams, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving without insurance and transport of open alcohol by a driver at 8:11 p.m. May 26.
Kevin Armendariz, 19, of the 2600 block of South Tripp Avenue, Chicago, was cited for possession of cannabis by a driver and unlawful transport of open alcohol in a motor vehicle at 10:42 p.m. May 27.
Tatiana Lopez, 23, of the 5200 block of West Newport Avenue, Chicago, was cited for possession of cannabis by a driver, driving with expired registration and driving without insurance at 10:48 p.m. May 27.
Jean Manjarrez, 29, of the 800 block of North 20th Avenue, Melrose Park, was cited for possession of cannabis by a driver at 11:33 p.m. May 27.
Samantha Felix, 25, of the 4400 block of West Wrightwood Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, driving without a front license plate and improper window tinting at 11:53 p.m. May 27.
Marco Roman, 21, of the 200 block of West Army Trail Boulevard, Addison, was cited for possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle at 1:20 a.m. May 28.
In the same incident, Araceli Rojas, 21, of the 500 block of Valerie Lane, Addison, was cited for possession of open alcohol by a passenger.
Thomas Alvarado, 21, of the 700 block of North York Street, Elmhurst and Victor Archundia, 21, of the 3N700 block of Wood Dale Road, Addison, were cited for possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle at 1:30 a.m. May 28.
Firuq Keliby, 22, of the 6200 block of North Washtenaw Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane use and failure to signal at 2:29 a.m. May 29.
Ollie Evans IV, 24, of the 600 block of Frederick Avenue, Bellwood, was cited for possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle 5:15 p.m. June 1.
In the same incident, Dion Nimock, 21, of the 700 block of 24th Avenue, Bellwood, was cited for improperly tinted windows.
Jazzline Sanchez, 26, of the 4800 block of West Rice Street, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance and improper lane use at 2:03 a.m. May 29.
Kizzy Moore, 43, of the 1600 block of Buena Vista, Chicago Heights, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, disobeying a traffic control signal and failing to wear a seat belt at 9:37 p.m. May 29.
Pedro Morales, 48, of the 300 block of West Hawthorne Avenue, Mount Prospect, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, illegal transport of alcoholic liquor and driving without insurance at 12:06 a.m. May 30.
A resident reported that she lost a bag with her driver’s license, Social Security card and debit card, and that between April 1 and May 26 an unknown offender opened a T-Mobile account in her name and made mobile deposits and withdrawals on her bank account.
A resident reported an unknown offender made a withdrawal from her Chase Bank account on May 23.
A resident reported an unknown person used his information to open a Comcast/Xfinity account in late November.
Roberto Mercado, 22, of the 3600 block of South Archer Avenue, Chicago, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, theft and driving with a suspended driver’s license at 6:49 p.m. May 28.
Two catalytic converters were taken from work vans belonging to Edible Arrangements, 206 N. York St., where they were parked between May 21 and May 24.
A rear license plate was reported taken from a vehicle on Elm Creek Drive between May 22 and May 26. The front plate was then placed on the rear of the vehicle.
A missing fire extinguisher and graffiti on several floors of the Addison parking deck, 149 N. Addison Avenue, were noted by an officer on patrol on the morning of May 31.
A resident was convinced to buy gift cards between March 30 and May 25 after receiving a fraudulent text message from someone claiming to be with Amazon.
An unknown suspect, claiming he knew the owner and needed money for a traffic accident tow, convinced an employee of Get Bazzy, 152 N. York St., to give him cash at 4:03 p.m. May 29.
A resident was convinced by an email from an unknown offender claiming to be an Amazon representative to buy three Target gift cards on May 30 and May 31. After sending the gift card information, the victim realized it was a scam and contacted his bank.
Annamarie Mimler, 25, of the 900 block of South Mitchell Avenue, Elmhurst, was cited for driving with a suspended driver’s license at 7:55 a.m. May 27.
Anthony Valdez, 23, of the 400 block of North Elm Avenue, Elmhurst, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license and driving without insurance at 12:34 a.m. May 28.
Desiree Lampley, 23, of the 3400 block of North Richards Street, Milwaukee, was cited for driving with a suspended driver’s license and driving without insurance at 12:51 a.m. May 28.
Kendra Martinez, 31, of the 500 block of Memory Lane, Addison, was cited for a child safety restraint violation at 1:05 a.m. May 28.
In the same incident, Julian Brooks, 31, of the 600 block of Mendota Lane, Romeoville, was cited for possession of open alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Enchelle Jones, 37, of the 800 block of Bellflower Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, driving with expired registration and improper lighting at 2:36 a.m. May 28.
Michael Jones, 38, of the first block of North Charles Avenue, Villa Park, was cited for driving without insurance at 4:28 p.m. May 28.
Tyshaun Roach, 20, of the 1300 block of South Independence Boulevard, Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, improper lighting and driving without insurance at 1:46 a.m. May 29.
Derrick McCollum, 23, of the 2700 block of South 60th Court, Cicero, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, improper lighting and driving without insurance at 1:19 a.m. June 1.
Miguel Mendoza, 30, of the 5500 block of West Parker Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving with revoked registration, failure to wear a seat belt and driving without insurance at 8:51 a.m. June 1.
Joel Jimenez, 30, of the 1700 block of North Albany Avenue, Chicago, was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a firearm without a firearm owners identification card, possession of ammunition, possession of cannabis, driving with a suspended driver’s license and speeding at 8 a.m. May 26 after a traffic stop allegedly revealed a concealed firearm.
