At 3.35am on July 26 persons have entered a display unit at a Linear Drive, Mango Hill address. The front door of the unoccupied unit was forced open.

Police wish to those pictured below as they may be able to assist with enquriies.

Rugs, wall art, cushions, quilt set, books, coffee mugs, biscuit barrel, candles, a coffee machine, kettles, artificial plants, mirrors and a vacuum cleaner were stolen.

Police have targeted enforcement in school zones around the District in the past few days.

On July 26, a 20-year-old Narangba woman was issued with an infringement after being detected travelling at 71km/h in a 40km/h zone at a Strathpine school.

Two other drivers were detected at the same school travelling more than 20km/h over the speed limit.

A 48-year-old Beerwah man was issued an infringement for using his mobile pone whilst driving on July 26 at Woolmar.

This offence incurs a fine of $1,078 and a loss of four demerit points.

In a 24 hour period, police have issued three infringements for persons failing to wear their seat belts.

A 20-year-old Kallangur man was issued an infringement after he was intercepted on Brown Street, Caboolture.

Failing to wear a seat belt now incurs a fine of $1,078 and a loss of four demerit points.

A 30-year-old Newport woman was issued an infringement for $1,078 and six demerit points after being detected travelling at 113km/h in an 80km/h zone.

The offence occurred on July 26 at 8.37pm on the Bruce Highway at Narangba.

At about 5.45am on July 28 a resident at Andracia Street, Kallangur heard noises outside his house.

He went outside to find a male taking tools from the rear of his truck which was parked on his driveway.

When he confronted the man he ran from the scene taking a tool box.

A wheelbarrow and cement mixer had been unloaded from the truck by the alleged offender.

The wheelbarrow had been loaded with property but was left behind when he fled from the area.

The tool box is a Milwaukee red and black hard case containing a Milwaukee rotary hammer drill, impact driver, impact wrench, drill, angle grinder, circular saw and three, five and eight amperage batteries. QP2201281474 refers.

A vehicle parked on Dunvegan Drive, Morayfield had a window smashed between 12.10am and 6am on July 27. A wallet and pair of glasses were stolen from the vehicle. QP2201276725 refers.

A resident of a Lomond Street, North Lakes address found the drivers door of their vehicle open and items strewn across the passengers seat.

The offence occurred between 11pm on July 26 and 6.30am on July 27. There was no forced entry to the vehicle and no property stolen. QP2201276847 refers.

A second vehicle was also entered between the same times in Willandra Parade, North Lakes. A watch was stolen from the car which was parked on the drive way. QP2201277616 refers.
